I love that the frames always arrive on time, they are well-packaged and they are as pictured online. I paid $60 dollars for expedited 2 day shipping (on top of what I paid for the frame). Not only did my frame not come in two days, it didn't arrive for nearly 4 weeks. It came as ordered and in good condition, but I honestly thought i was scammed. I read many other poor reviews about late, missing, and incorrect orders. There also was no way to track my order, or contact the seller. I would not recommend purshasing through this company
