Our kitchen extractor fan is a great piece of kit, not herd of Kaiser before and we needed a powerfull extractor and this does the job very well, we've only been using it for just over a couple of weeks with the filters in until i can get around to direct vent, but we are impressed with not just the extraction rate but the build quality is excellent, doesn't feel flimsy but solid, I would buy and recommend one again and it looks good as well.

The customer services of this organisation is incredibly rude, and substandard.

This is unacceptable.

Karolina and their manager who did not share his name, are incredibly rude and should not be working in any customer facing roles.

They sell in the UK appliances that come with EU plugs. They do not place this information clearly anywhere on their website, or their product description.

This does not comply with the UK electrical safety regulations.

"DAVID BEACH customer services "

Bought a microwave combo back in February 24 don’t use it that often but looks great . Unfortunately though one of the plastic latches on the door snapped. When my wife was opening the door , I went back to customer services for it to be fixed under warranty but no a Mr DAVID BEACH from customer service was not having that he basically told me I was a liar and that they don’t snap unless the door was opened aggressively . I would love to know how you open a microwave door aggressively????? , after several emails explaining how it happened mr DAVID BEACH still wouldn’t help out . He would fix the microwave, £30 for a piece of plastic £150 to fix the problem basically 4 screws to take out and slide in the new latch also he wanted me to pay for postage too so nearly £200 to fix a 5 minute job . The microwave should have been done under warranty and I should not of been treated like a THUG over a plastic latch . Kaiser you will be hearing from me again when I put in an official complaint .

"Bad experiences lack of service and understanding "

Purchased product available on site , payment was taken only to find out the next day it was not available and that product has changed and been modified and will have to wait for the new cooker and hood .
Took over a month for the items to be delivered after several emails had to be sent to chase .
Installation was not done correctly also and tried to get some sort of empathy and understanding from the management and told on all occasions in not specific terms that there is nothing that they can do .
I tried to contact them to even state salvage this service or I will put a bad review on .
This made zero difference.
A bad experience and will not be using this site again .
