Really happy with our purchase! We haven't installed our oven yet but it's stunning and was delivered promptly. We live on a houseboat and delivery to our home is slightly trickier but the team were great and helpful. Customer service is also amazing and followed up with us after delivery to ensure everything went well.

Selling an item in the UK with a European plug and not making that more clear at the point of purchase is very misleading. It also arrives without installation instructions, making the whole process very inconvenient. Given the price of the product I hoped for better.
