"WOW!"

WOW!! Never had a company so bad. I work in retail and have done for many years. The reaction my husband has had to a complaint is totally disgusting! The customer service received from David Beach has been disgraceful! The item was received damaged the box was fine but the item inside had quite clearly been packed with damage probably someone trying to hide there mistake! The emails that have been sent to my husband indicated that he himself had damaged the item which is total nonsense why would he damage an item we both loved! We are now taking more action. READ THE REVIEWS there’s a lot of bad ones wish we had done that at the beginning would never have purchased. Let’s wait for the excuse now! The item hasn’t been installed and you were informed of the damage on the day it arrived!!
AS SAID just look at what they have put as an excuse! Basically calling my husband a liar and saying as I said above that the damage was done ourselves. They in my opinion are going to end up with a hugely bad reputation if they carry this kind of thing on damaging goods then sending it out to customers then blaming them anyway they can when the customer complains. Our oven hasn’t been installed and we let them know of the damage straight away! BEWARE IF BUYING FROM THEM also have found out from a source that there is no David Beach that works there! So no idea who we have been talking too! Probably a made up name! Probably using AI to answer questions and complaints.

There was a great choice of fridge freezers and the American style that we chose is very elegant with lovely handles. The space inside is huge and versatile and we managed to get all of our Christmas food in one place!
The service, delivery and quality of product is excellent.

I bought a hood and requested an installation. Once I paid it was a complete silent for the next steps to come and all timings. The hood got delivered but not installed. At this point we did not know the technician will come after the item got delivered. I had to email Kaiser to get informations about it.
Technician got the job done promptly and properly. The appliance seems to work ok. Not so impress by what suppose to be a very high speed fan 1000m2/h. Definitely makes the noise announced. Poor customer service. Not feeling confident to buy anything else from this brand, or spend more money, in the futur.

Delivery was on time and even the driver we found helpful.

Beware - the appliances are lovely but the ivory fridge is a completely different colour to the other ivory appliances - the others are a much more yellow ivory - everything is now installed so I doubt anything can be done but I’m not very happy with the overall look considering how much I have spent on a fridge, range, oven, extractor and dishwasher.
