Hello James, Thank you for your reply, but I must reiterate my dissatisfaction with the service provided.
My instructions were very clear when your engineer requested a photo and scheduled the appointment. However, it seems your engineer did not take the time to read my message or clarify any guidelines upon arrival. As a customer, I am not a professional and could not have anticipated that a gap would be left without any explanation or consultation.
Additionally, regarding the scheduling issues, I can’t believe I had to chase your team twice just to confirm an installation date. This level of disorganization is unacceptable, especially when it appears your engineer didn’t pay attention to the details provided during the scheduling process.
Furthermore, your "Service Manager" was extremely rude and dismissive, claiming this issue is not "your responsibility." This attitude is incredibly disappointing, particularly considering the premium price I paid for this service. Unfortunately, this has been the worst service experience I have encountered.

I expected a much higher standard of professionalism, communication, and accountability, and this situation has fallen far short of that.

I got a 60cm hood from Kaiser. The purchase and delivery process was great, and Karolina, the Customer Service Specialist, kept me informed. However, the installation process was a nightmare.
After providing the requested photos and date to the engineering team, I received no follow-up and had to repeatedly contact Customer Service to schedule the installation. Despite requesting the new hood be installed in the same placement as the previous one, the installer failed to consult me during the process and left a gap between the hood and the splashback.
When I raised the issue with the servicing team, the manager, David Beach, stated it was "not their responsibility." This response was shocking and unacceptable, especially given the premium price charged for installation.
While the product itself may be good, the after-sales service and lack of accountability have been deeply disappointing. Customers should be aware they may need to micromanage the process to avoid similar frustrations. I won’t be surprised if Kaiser responds to this review with the same "not our responsibility" attitude—again.

I bought an Avantgarde extractor for my new kitchen in July 2023 and apart from a clock that keeps abysmal time, the experience has been good. Recently, the extractor has started to beep 6 times intermittently and the instructions don't seem to cover this occurrence so I called customer services. The young guy I spoke to was very nice, but couldn't help so he kindly gave me the email details of the service department. I emailed a week ago and the email has neither been acknowledged nor answered.
I don't think the issue is major, and I assume there must be a reset procedure but I'm really unhappy about the service given the allegedly premium product and after sales.
That's the thing about hype, it rarely lives up to expectation and I'm afraid in this instance, Kaiser have fallen short for me.

Easy to order, I received an update on my order and delivery was prompt. Kaiser hob extractor looks beautiful and works really well. I'm very happy with this purchase. Already planing to buy Kaiser gas hob to go with my extractor.
