"Very good quality efficient cooker…"

Very good quality efficient cooker hood.would have been 5 stars,but disappointed with the fitting, poor qualification skill and work quality. Absolutely not worthy to pay extra money for fitting the appliance.

"The oven itself seems OK"

The oven itself seems OK, but the mountings and the instructions for installation are awful. There is an unnecessary cut-out in both mounts which means that the rear feet only rest on a few mms of support. The mounting geometry is inaccurate (about 4mm wider than the stated dimension) which means that the oven is 4mm off-centre. It is also virtually impossible to get the oven fully secured against the carcass front edge as the only securing screw is at the bottom, nothing at the top. This bottom securing screw is not 20mm from the front edge of the carcass as stated, but around 6mm. Very sloppy and poorly designed. Finally, the plastic film protecting the inside of the door has been trapped behind the rubber seal which means it is impossible to completely remove this film. These appear to be really basic faults. Surprising.

"Quality service, start to finish."

Apart from short delay of delivery of our Kaiser Grand Chef oven, due to awaiting new stock from Germany, all was as near perfect as anyone could hope for. Sales communication was polite and helpful. Delivery crew took utmost care of property, placing item where required. Oven looks amazing and everything oozes quality. Engineer messaged morning of installation day, he would arrive at noon. Arrived at 12.00 exactly. All was complete in an hour. He was very polite and helpful, explaining the controls, giving a few tips, etc. Old oven was then taken away with all delivery packaging, leaving all clean and tidy. Simply superb service.

"I bought these appliances from kaiser…"

I bought these appliances from kaiser for my wife.we have been buying cheap cookers which are lasting about a year no good at all.so we decided to purchase from kaiser.briliant items look great and work lovely. manager couldn't do enough to help us lovely staff goods sent out straight away and the two delivery lads put them right in the house for us.first class firm.will recamend to enyone.

GIVE THIS COMPANY A WIDE BERTH!

We purchased a Grand Chef Gas Oven & Hob bundle from Kaiser, paid to have it delivered and fitted by their fitters, total cost £1369.00. Only 7 days later, after only being used 3 times the inner glass panel shattered during cooking, absolutely traumatising us, we immediately turned the oven off and automatically opened the door and as the fan was still going we had shattered glass fragments flying out of the oven into the kitchen. I sent photos to Kaiser customer services, within 20 minutes of it happening showing the damage caused, I was told by David Beech that the warranty states clearly, once you have taken delivery of the oven, the glass is no longer insured. The blame was put back to us stating we could have knocked the glass with a hard object like a baking tray. Absolutely ridiculous. We were told that all they would offer us was a replacement inner glass panel at the cost to us of £79 plus £150 for their engineer to fit it. We were disgusted, especially with David Beech’s attitude. We contacted The Tradings Standards regarding the issue and were advised that Consumer’s Rights Act of 2015 would over ride Kaiser Warranty. We were told to compile photos, letters and emails and send registered to Kaiser giving them 14 days to reply. The letter was signed for and ignored. We issued the 2nd formal complaint, once again ignored. It was now coming up to Christmas, we had no oven. I am an OAP of 77 years old caring for my husband who has terminal cancer. But Kaiser do not give a hoot about anyone’s situation, no compassion at all. But no doubt David Beech got a brownie point for getting Kaiser of the hook, once again. Sadly we had to give in and purchase the inner glass panel in January as we couldn’t take any more, and in all honesty it was really getting us down. We were charged silly money for the delivery of the glass as we were told, once again by David, it had to be sent using a 2 man courier company, due to glass being brittle and liable to break. Yet another shooting himself in the foot comment by Mr Beech
Perhaps a 2 man courier is understandable if we were having a patio door being delivered but a piece of glass measuring 50cm x 50cm. We were also told we had to unpack the package in front of the delivery driver, to verify that the glass had arrived okay. The driver said he only delivers and doesn’t take any responsibility, so refused to wait, and exactly as we expected no 2 couriers but one lone delivery driver.
Do not fall for the glitzy webpage and their location in Kings Road Chelsea.
Kaiser without doubt are unscrupulous.

Part Two
After reading the reply from Kaiser Appliances so called Customer Service department, it will show you exactly what type of company this is. The staff are obviously not trained in customer care. The replies could almost be written by a robot. The same old answers, they never engage with the actual issue. Whatever the problem, it’s the customers fault. I emphasise again AVOID THIS COMPANY
