Whilst looking for new appliances for my kitchen refurbishment, I stumbled upon Kaiser. After visiting their showroom and speaking to the very knowledgeable staff, I decided to go for it. The delivery was smooth, and they dropped it in the room of my choosing, and 2 days later the Kaiser installer came and did a wonderful job. Can’t complain at all, quality appliances, with the luxury customer service to back it up. 5 Stars for sure.

To Karolina & all staff at Kaiser UK.
From phone calls regarding purchasing an GAS oven would loved to have got a Double oven but no longer available been looking for over a month wish I had seen the Kaiser webpage before as every time saw a Gas oven through different companies buy the time went online it was out of stock even though I did it quickly.
Wish the Kaiser name had come up first then I wouldn’t have had to go through all the phone calls & websites for over a month.
I would have phoned Kaiser first.
Karolina was very helpful & explained well. It was great that I could pay over the phone instead of webpage etc just gave card details & Kaiser single oven was brought there should be more Kaiser shops around the uk in the future I really hope so especially for older people who don’t have any technology just a Phone to order there products etc.
If my parents had to do what I did for over a month they would have given up.
I had to make adjustments regarding the oven as my parents had been let down regarding insulation of their choice.
Phoned Kaiser explained to Elina & there was no problem just paid another amount for recycling & insulation
I wished I had known in the first place that they did this in house because I would have done this in the first place having Kaiser engineers to do the job from start to finish.

Unfortunately I received the email on the 19th February regarding the installation,which when my Brother & myself read it we both had a shock that it said Kaiser engineers cannot remove or change any parts of the installation,it has to be a like for like & as Im not an engineer nor my Brother had to get back to Kaiser on the phone so they could explain what it means.
After the consult of Kaiser young gentleman regarding my Mums oven I had to cancel the installation of the Gas oven as the oven that came out was a 30 years old oven & the pipes etc are in totally different place to the Kaiser oven Grand Cheff which now I have been told that the Kaiser engineers cannot make any adjustments at all.
With a heavy heart I had to ask Karolina for a Refund on the installation which she understood & agreed to all the Refund after speaking to Karolina
& said she would speak to the Accounts department for a refund on the recycling & the installation to be done.
Only thing that would of been more helpful from Kaiser if I had the email regarding the installation when I ordered the Oven my Brother would have read it & then we both would realise the engineer don’t do any changes & now I know what is a like for like in the future but even though we can’t have the installation done the 2 year warranty is still in place even though Kaiser engineers not able to assist this time & I have found out after that kaiser do extended warranty which I need to speak to karolina on this matter.
But apart from some extra phone calls to Kaiser & speaking to Karolina my Mum of 90 young is so looking forward to her new Grand White Chef Gas oven on 24/2/25 & cooking so amazing meals which she has missed
This is why I still gave Kaiser 5*stars in the trustpilot because I think more companies should look up on how Kaiser do as they all could learn a lot from Kaiser especially when speaking to the customers because all you hear either engaged or music while you wait but with Kaiser you don’t & they even phone you back even if you don’t leave a message within under a minute.
Thank you for all your staff at Kaiser especially Karolina which this is the lady I dealt with the most & what was great every time I phoned & Karolina wasn’t there at the time she always called me back which was great because you didn’t have to explain all over again to someone new.

Poor aftersales support due to PRODUCT FLAW!!!
I questioned the technical team which blamed it on the lack of maintenance!
we have a Kaiser Avantgarde Pro 60cm Touch free cooker hood
after using the item I am extremely disappointed as this is common sense
There is a filter and there is a piston that pushes the glass forward when you turn on the fan. The piston part has a approximate hole of 30x40mm which the piston has to push the glass.
We have noticed a oil build up on the left corner and is leaking out
Upon further investigation I noticed the 30x40mm hole (left side) does not have anything to block it off so the fumes is going choose this path as it's the least air resistances.
when you turn off the fan the glass retracts back in and piston retracts, this then scrapes all of the oil off the piston and it falls to the bottom over time this build up will leak out.
I questioned the technical team to see if this is missing a seal, I got a reply and they said it's not covered under warranty and should be maintained more regularly.
so basically there is no seal and this is due to a poor design!
In the last picture you can see the filter and the piston hole
with the filter removed you can see the piston hole and there is no seal sealing it so fumes is going to choose the path of least resistance!
even a £50 extractor fan from screw fix wouldn't have such a design flaw. Let alone a £500+ one!

You don't have to be a engineer to work out that it's not right but if you would like me to get you a engineers report I will.

The oil build up is on the left hand side where the piston hole is and when it retracts back in it cleans the oil off the piston leaking on top of the light tray then leaks out.
