Just bought it and haven’t used it yet, but the setup looks great based on the pictures and specs. The equipment seems solid, and the interface looks user-friendly. Excited to try it out and see how it performs in real use. Will update once I’ve had a chance to test it properly!

Gas hob is made with WOK in middle with gas burners prolonged creating space for utensils helping to cook on sides with safety in mind.
I love it as has strong gas burners to cook to you satisfaction.

I ordered a Kaiser extractor hood which was later installed in a new kitchen some months later. When installed, the hood lights just flashed, although the extractor fan worked. I contacted Kaiser who worked through the issue with me, trying new lights, but quickly said they’d replace the hood. This arrived working, was installed and worked perfectly. Kaiser has an excellent customer service and I am very pleased with their help.

Impossible customer service! The hood is very noisy and they asked me to check the filter. Checked. Same.
The oven’s fan seems to be rubbing the back side. Takes 198246 years to get a replacement. Case open since NOVEMBER!!! Not even a bloody chicken on the oven is possible! Kept chicken for 2 hours to be still good it’s blood on the bones when cut!!!
Grill skewer is not rotating it as keeps falling back turns had of the chicken then is fall and turns to where it started!!! A 1.4 kg chicken as tried with a medium size first of course.
Baked a cake a recipe I am doing and my mum was/ does it and her mum did it etc etc NOT TO BE BAKED TOTALLY RAW IN THE MIDDLE even if the recipe says 50 mins at 180 and I left it for 90!!!!
Tried another one (plain sponge what can be a no brainer and easier to bake than a sponge) to be all raw and mushy while the outside is totally burned!!

Because of this shitty appliances I’m starting having unnecessary fights with my partner!!
