I ordered outdoor dining chairs and a part was left out of the box. I contacted Farrah (Alpha Mart Holdings LLC) and I received a replacement. I wasn't sure if I would but I now believe in customer service again!

I ordered a grill and it had a small defect in the handle. I contacted customer service and got great response time, they asked what was wrong and in just a few days I had the replacement part at my door. No headaches, no hassles, just top notch customer service!!

Although the chair came in a slightly dented with a few parts missing, I was able to communicate and get the parts I needed. It was shipped to me and I was able to put everything together. I love the outdoor set!!!

Ordered a wood smoker from Alphamarts through Wayfair. Assembly was difficult, some bolts could not be installed as holes did not line up. Parts for the front lid handle were missing. When I contacted Alphamarts customer service the treatment was horrible. They said they could do nothing for me as it was ordered through wayfair. I asked to speak to a manager several times and was told there was nothing I could do. I asked if there was a manager several times and was told there wasn’t. Hard to believe.
I was told that I had to disassemble the smoker and return it. Not acceptable.
Wayfair tried to resolve the issue with Alphamarts without succes and instead offered me a discount.
I will source the parts myself.
I would not purchase anything from Alphamarts in the future.

We purchased two sofa sets (total of 2 sofas, 4 chairs and 4 ottomans - 24 cushions covers total). The set up went very well - all required parts were there - and a few extras (!) One of the cushion covers had a couple of small tears along the piping. I sent an email to customer service to see if I could get a replacement cushion cover. They advised that the cushion cover was out of stock now, but said they would like to contact the factory to prepare for me if I was willing to wait. If not, they offered a $20 refund or and $40 coupon for a future purchase. I decided to wait (this was in May) and two weeks ago I received an email telling me my replacement cushion cover was being shipped. It arrived, it's perfect and I'm truly impressed - great follow through!

We ordered a patio furniture set with four chairs, a couch, and 2 ottomans. The delivery came faster than expected and was made of pretty good quality. One of the chair backs had a bent part making it hard to connect to the arm rest piece. We tried calling the customer service line, but were unsuccessful in being able to reach someone and the voicemail box was full (it was right after a holiday weekend though). When calling didn't work, I sent an email and got a response right away. A replacement part was shipped to us and now we are enjoying our new furniture!
A few more tips: the cushions need a day or two to fluff up and get more comfortable and when putting the furniture together, do all the screws loosely first and then tighten them
