Ordered a patio table from amazon and the table top came with a manufacturing defect where they welded the bolts in the wrong place, making the screws not long enough to fit the stabilizing bars at the outer point of the bars because there was a large gap, and the center frame support too low to reach the table top holes. I sent a video showing the fault to alphamarts asking If I should return the table top and without any argument they told me they would send a new table.

Unfortunately the replacement had the same issue so it must have been from the same manufacturing batch.

I purchased the table for my wife's birthday and she really likes how it looks, so because the company sent me a full replacement I took a trip to the hardware store and purchased some hardware to make it fit.

I can't give 5 stars because the product required modification to properly assemble, but the fact that the company sent a replacement without question shows they care about their customers and stand by their products.

Upon reading my review, Alphamarts reached out to me to and offered a refund exceeding the cost of the hardware I purchased. I want to be clear that I did not contact them again after they had sent me a replacement table, they contacted me. I simply made a personal choice to buy the longer screws and spacers needed to overcome the manufacturing fault because my wife really liked the table. That the company voluntarily reached out shows this company takes customer satisfaction seriously.

I can honestly say you can purchase from this company with confidence. If you do have an issue with any of their products they will take full responsibility and make sure that issue is resolved.

They didn't want me to fix the issue, they wanted to stand by their product and fix the issue for me and were genuinely concerned that I decided to fix it myself.

I am updating my rating because of the quality of their customer service. It's a rare example of what customer service should be.

Should I be in the market for another product that this company sells, I would be more likely to buy from them again because of their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I ordered an outdoor umbrella and when received there were some defects on the cloth that had me concerned that water might be able to pass through. I contacted Alpha Mart as per the documentation included in the box. They were very prompt and responsive and provided a resolution quickly. I highly recommend Alpha Mart and will definitely order their products again!

I received half my order (chairs and umbrella) and no table. Email received stated all my items were shipped and delivered. No phone number to contact only email. I have sent 5 with no responses. I'm out a table and my money at this point.

We ordered a patio set from a big box retailer. We love it. Great value for the price. Assembly was not complicated but one ottoman leg was missing from the shipment. I contacted Alpha per the assembly instructions, they replied immediately, and shipped the leg within days! They were very good at communicating during the entire process.

I had purchased a Patio table and chairs for our deck. My husband and I had no problems putting it together. One of the chairs had a rod in the back that was not in the right position. I had reached out to the company to have it replaced. This was done quickly without problems. We are very happy with our table setting. I would definitely order.from this company again.

I ordered a small outdoor table with 2 chairs, when the table came the top was warped. I reached out to customer service and within a few hours they got back to me and a new table was on the way.
I can't say enough about the customer service this company has given, and the table and chairs were perfect for my new porch.
