When opening the box of cookware I was dimayed to find the smallest pan was slightly distorted and the lid would not fit. As the items were well packed, it must have happened before despatch. I am highly delighted with the look and quality of the range. I contacted the company and they were quick to respond. After sending photos of the pan, they were quick to offer me a refund as a spare was unavailable. (And I am still able to use this as a milk pan!) If I need any further items, this company will be first on my list.

So my dehumidifier was having issues and I contacted Alphamarts because it was 6-months old and out of Amazons 30 day exchange. They were so quick to get back to me and ask me to take a video of what it was doing. They then contacted me for my address so they could send me the newer model free of charge and they told me to not return the defective one and to just dispose of it. 2-days later the new one was delivered and it has more features than the defective one had. I’m so impressed with this company as they have great customer service.

I was amazed at how cooperative they were when I told them that the EZ-Up I purchased 11 months ago broke in several spots. All I had to do was send pictures & a copy of my Amazon receipt & it was fully replaced in not time at all! Very impressive customer service! Thank you

They couldn’t send me the right video to show correct installation of the roof. The book isn’t clear. Tech helpers on phone aren’t well trained to help. I spent over an hour on hold and when they came back they said someone would email me. Never happened

I purchased outdoor furniture from another retailer. A part was damaged and there were some missing parts on another piece. Alpha Marts replace the broken part and sent another new piece.They were great to work with and very responsive.
