I had a couple of issues with the product upon receipt such as the wood being split and missing a washer. I contacted the manufacturer who promptly sent new products. They were polite and easy to work with.

Awesome customer service!! I received my table as promised and on time, but there was a part missing. I emailed customer service after hours and by the next morning had a response that they were on it! After discussing solutions and having explained that I really really needed it to make my Christmas dinner work, they had it fixed within 2 days! Super responsive to communications and really worked to help me find a solution. These people are great.
