"Good quality purchase and excellent customer support "

I bought some patio furniture at a good price and the quality was excellent. Sturdy and light weight and good construction. Originally it did not come with all the bolts, but I called customer support and they shipped the needed bolts in less than a day. They were courteous and polite and solved my issue quickly. It’s because of that customer service that I’m writing this review (special thanks to Tiffany)

The patio table and chair set is really quite nice. I would have given it a five star rating except that for two separate chairs two left arms were shipped rather than one left and one right for each. The company quickly replaced the parts and all's well that ends well.

First of all, the product. I purchased a metal carport from them and it went together well. Good quality. Secondly, customer service. Two pieces arrived damaged and they were very responsive. Parts had to come from overseas, but they were true to their word.

Virtually impossible to discuss anything with the people who answer the phones as they have zero idea about the product they are representing. Recieving parts that were missing was orignally met with accuastions of not knowing what we were talikng about, countless emails and discussions the Home Depot did little to resolve the issued, Would I ever install another one NO
