"Excellent product and service"

The kitchen Academy Cookware is not only beautiful, they’re sturdy and the nonstick works fabulously. Scrambled eggs slid out of the pan and the residue wiped right out with a rag.

My 8” pan had slight damage. I wrote to Alpha Mart Holdings (Kitchen Academy distributor) with attached pictures and they immediately sent me a replacement.

To preserve the interior, I bought felt at Walmart for 32¢ each and cut out circles the size of the inside of each pan. That way they will stack without scratching each other.

This is an excellent company I highly recommend buying from them and the Kitchen Academy products.

"Excellent Customer Service!"

We purchased a 5-piece patio set with sofa (through the parent Phi Villa site). It is a perfect size for our outdoor area, and the cushioned seats are quite comfortable, even for my 6'6" husband. Love the swivel chairs, too! We opted for the beige cushion covers, and they seem very well made and should hold up well outdoors. It is helpful to have two people to assemble the set, and the directions were not too detailed but we figured it out with no problem.
Alphamarts has EXCELLENT customer service. The rattan on the sofa was damaged, and they sent a replacement out quickly and were very prompt with email communication. I highly recommend.

"Issue Resolution "

We had an issue with a table from a patio set and reached out to the company about our concern. We were provided with an email address so that we could send photos of our concerns.
Within a day, we had a response, and a new table was shipped to us.
The entire process from the time the issue was noticed until a new table arrived was less than a week. We could not ask for better customer service.

I love my Outdoor Wicker Deep Sofa Patio Rattan Swivel Conversation Set. I received my items quickly. It took sometime to put together but not to difficult. I did have an issue with my one cushion. I reached out to customer service and it took awhile for a replacement. I finally received it. I Highly recommend this company.

We love the patio chairs. When we were putting them together, we noticed one of the arms was the wrong size. I emailed them with a picture and they sent the new arm to us within days. Great service after the purchase!!

Our patio set was delivered with one incorrect leg (probably from another product). We contacted the customer service line and sent a few pictures to them. They sent the proper leg out very quickly, within one or two days. This was exemplary customer service.
