Pick up was streamlined.
We have yet to receive our furniture. I requested delivery after 1/29. First they wanted more money then they double charged out account leaving a zero balance. So many phone calls, time wasted on hold and broken promises. Last Friday we were told we would hear today, today we hear it’s by Thursday. Everyone is a supervisor but no one can get us our belongings.

The movers were caring and careful. They moved with purpose and honestly I felt pretty confident with this company moving my belongings. Nothing was damaged and I was out of my old place and into my new within 2 weeks. They helped put everything where it needed to be and I am extremely happy with the outcome. I highly recommend X Van Lines!!

First they ask for deposit to lock in a price then they don't adhere to the schedule as stated, they contract out the services to different movers or regular truck movers and then charge extra when your things arrive even though everything was already settled before they took your deposit....different people saying different things and they won't move your things until you give them the money first..bad business...rude customer service reps.. don't use..BEWARE...they give a date then change it at the last minute and maybe you feel like you're the problem..they take your furniture apart then can't put ut back together...now I have to pay to have someone else come fix my furnitures.

It was horrible , should of listen to the reviews ( he said trust me ) lied to from the beginning to the end . There hired help from outside of company ! They stored my stuff when I asked them not too !!! ( put a tracker on your move day in a box ) I was lied to everyday that it was on its way ! But tracker showed it in LA ! They lost 4 boxes a bench and easy up ! Showed up with a semi with other people’s stuff , those guys were nice but showed up at 5 pm stayed past midnight ! The horror was real ! Tried to make a claim , that’s a joke ! Not even a real ins company ! In the small print . They’ll start off low to get you the price trippled . They are not a caring company they just want your money and don’t care about you or your stuff . Run !! Don’t suffer like we did . ( and sales guy went cricket on us when everything went to hell in a handbag )
