Ordered some currency and was told it was ready for collection. Went to Morley’s in Brixton at about 11.am - was closed with a notice saying come back tomorrow. Which was too late.

"Worst Experience ever! IPSWICH branch"

My husband ordered a substantial amount of currency, in two separate orders and I was to collect the money.Every time I went to collect there was a range of excuses for the shop being closed. This ranged from loss of electricity to overflowing toilets, system crash etc etc. Tried to call before going but got no answer, occasionally they sent a message but it always arrived after I had wasted my time going to collect. On the 4th occasion I turned up and the "Manageress" was outside, on the phone and smoking, she eventually followed me into the shop.She then said they only had one order. I had the details on my phone of the 2nd order but they said it had been "lost the system". As the amount was shown on the order details on my phone I said just do the two orders and that will be fine, then I was asked to produce TWO sets of ID. When I said I only had my driving license which had always sufficed before the man behind the counter said "well you should have read the T's and C's, its there!" I gave up and left. Later my husband forwarded me an email from No1 Currency where it clearly stated please present ID such as your Driving Licence OR passport, not both. By the way Jon Lewis supplied the currency at the same rate, free next day special delivery so suggest you try them if you want a decent level of service!

"Try to collect money today at High Wycombe "

Went to collect money today at High Wycombe. 2400 euros,the branch only had 5 odd 50 euros and the rest in 20 euros.
Passport and pension statement at the ready, no failed so no money.
My wife went into same branch on Monday and was given money after showing passport.
I'm not happy with the result. Would have given minus stars if allowed.
Very poor service
