I was recommended No1 Currency by a colleague and I am truly impressed by the quick and friendly service I received. My order was dealt with very quickly and with a great and competitive rate, when I collected my currency the gentleman on duty was friendly, courteous and genuine, I will definitely use No1 again.

No1 Currency offers decent exchange rates, especially for larger amounts, and their staff are generally polite and helpful across branches. While the service is reliable and efficient, it's not always remarkably different from competitors. Overall, a good option, but nothing extraordinary to warrant a higher rating.

Explained that I would not be able to return currency within 1 month. When I got home I noticed that I had been charged £4.95 for a service that I could not access Namely, returning left over currency within 1 month.
Stupid of me not to notice, but beware this is not an honourable company.

This was a very simple process - order, pay, select delivery date, be notified and accept. I was unexpectedly away on the delivery date but the package came the next day intact.
