I went to pick up my currency order from Sofia’s Superstore in Hayes, Middlesex.

The staff members had no idea about my order.

When I showed them the text message where it says to collect my order, the guy asked me if I can pay cash or card. He then answered my question when I said card with we “only” take cash.

I walked out of the store and left the order.
Ridiculous service. My colleague recommended No.1 currency. I’m never using this company again.
