"Very confusing"

Very confusing. I went onto Fair FX web site to buy the € as I had an account with them. While I was making the payment, a pop up said I had successfully made a payment to FEX.
Having had no email from anyone connected to the transaction I spent the best part of two hours contacting FEX ( an Irish currency exchange company with offices in London ) Understandably they were confused an I was transferred backwards and forwards between their London and Ireland offices and spoke to at least seven staff in all who knew nothing about the payment. My bank details showed FEXCO £2499.15. I honestly thought I had been scammed by a cloned web site but to my relief the money was delivered the next day from a company called No 1 currency. On a positive note the exchange rate was excellent and the delivery was quick and efficient.

Once again by far the best rates available, with a simple online order right through to collection, everything was so straightforward.

I always use the Breck Road branch in Liverpool and have yet to have a bad experience.

A big shout out to the staff too. Pam is such a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful lady who always has a smile and a word for everyone. There’s also a tall gentleman with a beard who has a great way with customers.

Best exchange rate in Eastbourne. I have use their services on several occasions and can't find anywhere that gives better rates. They have a wide selection of currencies immediately available. Forget the banks, post office and supermarkets. This is the place to go.
