I used home delivery service and got a better exchange rate than click + collect or going into the shop. Plus I got an email from Royal Mail giving me a delivery slot. It was delivered by the postman and had to sign for it. This service saved me a lot of time and additional costs by not having to go into the town centre where I would have parking charges.

Charged a cash transaction fee by my credit card company no where on website did it say this would be a cash transaction so there are fees!! This should be a disclaimer on their website. No other exchange service has charged me as a cash transaction. The staff were lovely and apart from this the service is great
