Reply to uncle Buck. You have lied yet again. Ross did NOT realise his mistake. I pointed it out to him!!! Also it was me who contacted him. I can prove that as you seem to need proof of EVERYTHING. (Please get your facts right before responding on here) He then panicked and quickly created a negative response as fast as he could. What a surprise! Despite me being ill had a stroke and vulnerable this disgusting company charged me £80+ interest.
I have asked repeatedly for Chief Executive's details to put this in the press but of course they are too scared to provide it. Disgraceful. Avoid at all costs. Also check your spelling before replying on here

Clearly states on website weekly payments can be made. I was told on the phone that weekly payments are not in Thier criteria??... Why have it on your website stating weekly payments accepted?!

Easy to apply online. Great service. Treated me like a 'person' not a number - non judgemental, friendly advisers who understood my situation and if I was delayed in paying they just dealt with it without fuss. UK call centre so no problems with communication.
If you need and can manage a short term loan, because they all have high interest, then Uncle Buck is a good one to choose.

Absolutely shocking breach of gdpr. Full complaint in progress. The only credit that company has is their customer services manager Peter who has acted efficiently and professionally in the light of an extremely poor service. Do not apply, they will put your details back into a dialler and tell you that even if you ask them to be removed. Disgusting

So .... 5 days on from Uncle Bucks request from my post below that they would look into my concerns. Several emails and also contact from FOS .... and yeah you’ve guessed.... absolutely no response. Just a PR exercise responding to customers on this page !

Excellent and understanding. These are the kind of understanding people a company needs to succeed. got a loan of these and my god never again!!! the payments was coming out of my bank ok for a while then the bank was declining them each week although there was money in my account , it then made my account 5 weeks in arrears tried paying it several other ways including on my mums and sons card with there permission it kept declining it and now ive got alot of interrest added to my loan trying to pay them but it just wont go through maybe the banks dont like the name or think somethings dodgy but none of them will accept the payment

The cheapest repayments of any loan company I've found,paying by direct debit makes it much easier, I will definitely be using Uncle Buck again
