Sean the property inspector is also amazing and was extremely supportive when inspecting our home pre-check out and final check out. Both are an absolute credit to LiveDifrent! We had been tenants with Live Difrent for 2 years and only moved due to needing a bigger home. They were absolutely exceptional, the highest level of customer service is always received and all queries and problems are resolved very quickly.
In particular, Claire is an absolute angel. She has always gone above and beyond and is amazing at her job!

"Helpful for first time renters"
After being a home owner for 5 years I was moving for work and thought best to rent. I had no idea how renting worked but Claire from Live DifRent was incredible and held my hand through the process. She must’ve been fed up of my endless calls at the beginning trying to understand it all and get in to the property, but she was extremely professional and always helpful.
There was an issue with the shed and when raised through the portal, Claire kept me updated with any progress on a regular basis until the issue was resolved.
I had no other issues during my tenancy and again when it came to ending my tenancy she walked me through the process and answered all my questions.
She made a very stressful time that much easier.

DO NOT!!! And I repeat DO NOT rent with this company! Especially if it’s in Ellesmere Port.
The issues I have had with this company are disgraceful. I don’t even know where to start. The lies they have told, inspection papers not being filled out properly, then when it comes to moving out.. you may aswell say goodbye to your deposit. They will go after you for everything.
First of all during lockdown the oven glass exploded and shattered all over me while I was very pregnant. Was told not to use to oven or hob… 5 weeks it took them to come and fix this issue. When no takeaways where open, the shops where empty. I couldn’t cook food for 5 week in the oven or hob because I wasn’t seen as an emergency. A pregnant woman!
Second pregnancy, issues with neighbours smoking weed in the property with 4 young kids in the house. The smoke was coming into our bedroom where our 2 year old slept and I slept pregnant. Rang them, put in formally complaints. Nothings been done. The kids where horrendously mistreated and I told them what their tenants where doing in that property. Nothing was done about it. Told to sort it myself basically.
I was forced to move out of my house which live difrent kindly let me out of the tenancy a month early because my health was deteriorating while I was pregnant due to the drugs I was inhaling through my window.
Then came the lies when I vacated the property. Was emailed saying 2 inspections will be done, 1 before you move out to identify any issues and then one after to see how the properties been left. They DONT do 2 inspections like the email says. They Don’t give you the first one and tell you what needs to be done before you move out. Although the email I received stated that. Very unfair. Then I get sent a list of 25 things wrong with the property when I left. I have videos of the property and how immaculate it is after 4 years of wear and tear. This company don’t take wear and tear into consideration. They want the property returned to the original state which we where the first people to ever live in that house. So everything was brand new which is impossible to get back to.
Rang before the tenancy ended and spoke to claire about my garden asked what was the best thing to do, returf of reseed. Was told reseed as that’s all they would do. Then the exact same woman emails me charging me for the garden saying needed to be returfed basically. I was willing to do this but because she said don’t, I didn’t. The company is contradicting, heartless and quite frankly a disgrace.
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. You will regret it during the tenancy and definitely when you go to move out!
EDITED AFTER REPLY- the contradictions are that it is not clear at all. Your social media team have wrote a reply on my Facebook admitting that the email wasn’t clear and they will change it for future residents. If I have to upload pictures to prove my point I will happily do that. So I would save yourselves the embarrassment and admit that you sent an email clearly stating 2 inspections. Then on the attachment you said I can book in to be present. Doesn’t say which inspection to be present for and regardless if I wanted to be present or not… the first inspection wasn’t done at all. This is what you called on the email a ‘pre inspection’.
Also your saying the oven was out of your control and couldn’t have been avoided. Well I have a screenshot of an email from Chris saying that it was avoidable if you would like me to upload that aswell. None of you can get your stories right at all. One says one thing and another person saying another. And so that everyone knows… I still haven’t had the money for the oven. 2 years ago that happened. When I have brought it up apparently it was a system error so it’s taken 2 years for you to pay me so don’t act like you have done your jobs properly and compensated me when it happened. It’s taken 2 years and that’s because i brought it up!

We've been renting with Live Difrent for over 4 years and have never had any issues. They always give sufficient notice if they need to visit for any inspections or to resolve any issues. And they're always prompt when replying to our queries. Would highly recommend.

"Professional and fast service"
Claire is a breath of fresh air! She reported my issue to a locksmith immediately, I got a call within 10 mins from the locksmith and he was able to fix the issue straight away. The job was neat and tidy and carried out to a high standard.
Massive thank you to Claire and the locksmith for a job well done, within an hour of me reporting the issue. (Note the job would have been done quicker had it not taken me 40 mins to get home). I cannot fault this service! Absolutely 10/10
