Please please never ever use these rip off merchants to rent from. You will never get near your deposit back and will get treated like rubbish. Every year for 4 years the rent went up alot and was forced into renewing my tenancy agreement at £150 a year. My partner was asleep and they let themselves in to do their inspection. The friends ee made on the street have similar issues and have mostly moved on as we have with no deposits returned even near what they paid.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. AVOID THIS LETTING COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They will skin you alive for your deposit and that’s coming from tenants who have always received their full deposit back in over 10 years of renting. An utter disgrace of a service throughout our time living there. I wouldn’t wish them on my worst enemy. Will NEVER use again. Should be against the law doing what they are doing to good tenants.

Horrible company to rent with.
we kept our house to an amazing standard throughout our tenancy then they knocked £400 off our deposit at the end for a cleaning charge as the bathroom had some dust (every property would need cleaning before someone else moved in) & a cracked freezer tray.
Customer service is equally as bad. We were kept waiting for 1hour on our move out day just to hand back the keys with no apology.
Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely disgusting customer service and property maintenance.
Took 9 months to fix a floor and also the washing machine caught fire and they knew about the electrical fault prior to that.

"Deceitful and unreasonable"
Renter for 9 years throughout the Northwest, always without issue and not once been charged for cleaning or damages.
Left a property managed by Live Difrent in Ellesmere Port, received a bill for £265.
Charged £20 to remove a motion sense light (attached by a 3M damage free adhessive that doesn't mark).
Also despite numerous requests to return my Hive home heating system (retail for £249), which they refused to acknowledge, I received an email weeks later informing me that, after the fact, the contractor has removed it and they can not recover it.
The old thermostat was left so returning it to it's previous state would have been straightforward. I would have agreed to pay the electrician fee.
I would not recommend this business as they act in bad faith, are deceitful and their charges are exorbitant.
*UPDATE 22 September 2021*
Like others I have just received an email asking for more information as they are unable to find my records. Someone must have taken notice of the poor reviews. Unfortunately I doubt your answers to my queries will result in my reimbursement for my Hive.
