I've been getting the run around on a claim from my dealerships. Dave post with merit administration has gone above and beyond in trying to help me. One side says the part isn't due the accident but Dave wrote several emails for me showing why their wrong. Seems they want me to pay 880.00 for a part saying it's not part of the accident. Dave got the info sent to them showing exactly why merit denied the claim. It's now a wait and see with my insurance company. Without his help I'd have no other avenues to get this bill paid by insurance instead of me. He deserves a 5 star rating. He doesn't know me from Adam, but treated me like family. I'm impressed

The last place I had my oil changed put down incorrect mileage & I didn't notice. Then when I took it for the next oil change I was told I needed a new motor. My claim was denied because I had "unaccounted for mileage" due to the wrong mileage being recorded. When I went to get a correct receipt, it was rejected because it was a handwritten "guess". I paid in full for 2 years every month. I was still under my mileage limit at the time of my claim. I believe they didn't try to work with me, but looked for an excuse not to fix my car.
