"Do not trust this company!!!!"

Would not trust this company!! Cold call on a washing machine warranty expiring that i did not even have! RUDE and stroppy when they are not getting what they want out of the call and was laughed at when i told them the customer is always right!!! Made a complaint but doubt they will deal with her bad attitude!!! AVOID at all costs!!!!

I got a cold call from some man who had my name, mobile number and home address. He claimed that our cover the washing machine we had had just expired and wanted to know if I wished to renew. Caveat emptor: buyer beware. I asked my other half who confirmed we didn’t have such a washing machine or had asked for any cover
It felt like phishing- it was worrying how someone with no connection to us had some of our details when we’ve had no formal contact with them. Moreover, it expires that my partner bought the washing machine second hand from a friend before I met her. Beware

The brick inside our washing machine is broken insured with all sorted. Got in touch with them and was told they would not send anyone out until the machine physically stops washing which it has now and just keep being fobbed off by all sorted.quick enough to take your money but when you need them they don't want to know very bad service

Had the unfortunate experience of being cold called by this company to purchase a repair or replace insurance cover for my Hoover washing machine.
It broke down on the 14 Oct 2023 I contacted them on the 16 Oct 2023 to report the need for a repair. The contacted I presume their repair people "The Appliance club" who informed me they could not send out an engineer until the 22 Nov 2023 and would therefore invoke the we give you all your insurance money payed back and you do what you want, as that's it.
