Received a call from this company a few months back, I suffered a fault on my Hotpoint washer and they got them out within 3 days, they repaired it and its working as new.

Great company, have read some of the negative reviews, just can’t please everyone. But they looked after my granddad and replaced his Cooker and Washing Machine when they both had a fault at the same time. They are considerably cheaper than other companies I have used in the past, would recommend.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!
So having listened the salesman’s telesales pitch in early March, I thought this sounded like a good idea. My washing machine was eight years old, so I signed up to £9.99 a month to protect us and it from future wear and tear,
*Unlimited repairs
*all parts and labour included
*replacement if it can’t be fixed
Blah blah blah…..
5 and a 1/2 weeks after signing up, our Bosch washing machine’s computer panel was completely dead. No lights on. Fuse checked. So I gave them a call and to cut a long story short, they popped me on hold and swiftly returned claiming ‘no Bosch qualified engineers available in your area for several weeks’. Absolute BS!!!!
So I played along and said ‘ok I’ll wait and use friends and families washers until one is available then’…..only to be told….. ‘no, we are going to cancel your policy and refund the money you have currently paid us.’ Hilarious!!
Basically I hadn’t put enough in the ALL SORTED piggy bank for them to honour their word.
Probably the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Don’t give these cowboys a penny of your money, and instead insure your appliances with a well known, respected and reputable insurance company instead of these backstreet, cold calling clowns.
Only a matter of time before they appear on Rogue Traders.

Absolutely swift and brilliant service when my washing machine broke down,unfixable so they provided a replacement machine within 2 weeks which funnily enough is 7 weeks old and under manufacture warranty. I rang All Sorted for advice, and guess what,they’re now helping even though it’s not their responsibility. Absolutely superb,above and beyond service and I’d like to pass on a massive thank you,especially to Lauren who will assist with anything-THANK YOU All Sorted!!

My washing machine kept getting stuck on its cycle, I called all sorted cover and was told to complete a couple of checks which sorted out the machine within minutes,I never knew about the filter on these machines.
