"Absolutely disgusted still waiting for…"

Absolutely disgusted still waiting for my oven replacement, no communication or updates by this company. I am still chasing and I was asked to email my complaints to them, 3 weeks later no reply or acknowledgment of the emails and still no oven.
This company is unprofessional and u reliable
Would not recommend

"Although they got an engineer out to me…"

Although they got an engineer out to me very quickly, when it became apparent that my Miele washing machine could not be fixed, they were not so good. They only offered me £300 towards a new appliance and that doesn't begin to cover a new Miele. They did not offer to replace it with a Miele, they offered to replace with a Hotpoint. If you like Miele or other such appliances, think twice before taking out this insurance as you do not get like for like.

"Breakdown cover not fit for purpose"

Breakdown cover not fit for purpose. Phoned to report washing machine very noisy and excessive movements against kitchen cabinets.Told that it sounds like the bearings and to carry on using washing machine until it stops working before an engineer would come out to fix. As we are both old aged pensioners not in good health not happy with reponse. Worried that the vibrations will damage the kitchen. So back to hand washing as can't afford to replace machine

"Just joined All Sorted"

Just joined All Sorted. Moved from Domestic and General and now get 3 appliances insured for only a fraction more than 1 with D&G!! Spoke to Aaron who was so lovely and patient as I wanted to know EVERYTHING before I bought. Go with AllSorted...save money!

"If I could give no stars I would"

If I could give no stars I would. My advice is do not use this company. Repair and Maintenance cover which does not cover Maintenance? When sold the policy I was informed it would be peace of mind on all for 3 years. My policy states Maintenance and at point of sale (unsolicited phone call - big mistake believing them) I was led to believe a leaking door seal would be covered under 'maintenance'. I feel conned and if this write up helps you make a decision then at least something good has come out of my contact with All Sorted. The reply below is just what I would have expected. Hard sell but little support - most definitely conned! Look how many reviews have been given by the 5* feedback - only 1 in most cases (suspicious?) This is my first negative response to any company.
Do not fall into the same trap as me!
I totally disagree with the response below as I confirmed I had cleaned the filter to which I was then told unfortunately a door seal change (maintenance) was not covered. I did not hang up and was told I could be put onto someone who could help with a heavy inference this would cost me more money. I also never received a call back at any point from them, the company feedback is not factually correct, draw your own conclusions.

"All sorted DON'T DO IT! READ SMALL PRINT 3.8"

I have had this 'cover' since 12/02/2021
AllSorted sent a washing machine engineer on the 7th July 2021 as my machine was not working. The engineer thought the problem was an ‘internal computer’ problem.
I called A/S everyday and on the 13th I was put through to technical support who told me my W/M could not be fixed and therefore they would be cancelling my policy and charging me for engineers visit!

I asked about replacement as per my contract

- A REPLACEMENT IF IT CAN'T BE FIXED

He said I had only paid £125.93 towards my policy, implying this was a ridiculous request.
I was told to read the small print, I trawled through 4 pages of it and in section 3.8 it states something along the lines of, no replacement on first visit.

Therefore they will be cancelling my policy and refunding me £45 and keeping £75 for the call out!

I left a short version of this as a review on trustpilot and Allsorted had it flagged to be removed as they claimed I’d not had ‘a genuine experience with them.’ I have sent Trustpilot my policy, as requested, to prove I was a ‘genuine’ customer.

1. FYI Its not only called small print because of the size of the font.
2. BER what? whatever.
3. Far too wordy. Just admit your policy stinks.
'This is a very rare instance....any repair following this may result in a replacement appliance if we could not repair it.'
4. Basically your claiming if Id had a call out for a repair (even if i didn't need one) before my machine broke down I would have received a new machine???? How illogical and ridiculous.
5. Don't waste my time with another response. Sort your small print, and your misleading 'cover' out.
