"Eaton green road park & ride"

Arrived very early morning, someone on hand to give instructions. Bus waiting for us, and dropped us directly outside departures terminal. On return, bus was waiting and a quick return to car.

Bus not easiest to get bags into\out of as big drop into boot space. Driver could have asked which area our cars were parked on return

Brilliant service, no waiting for buses, they were waiting for us, for both getting to airport and returning, the buses were, clean and comfortable.

I have been using Airport parking for many many years and ever no problems. I normally have to wait for my car '20 minutes' from when you call them on return, but to my surprise my car was already there which was great to see. The only downfall I can say was when I turned up to the meet and greet desk, I was stood around for over 20minutes with no one there to speak to me. Eventually this gentleman got out of a car and came over to me. He had seen e standing there waiting all of that time and continued to remain in his car. He said to me my car was already there. If I had known that and was dealt with the moment I arrived, I could have been home half an hour sooner rather than waiting around for ages with no one there

Overall our experience was very good. My only slight criticism was the attitude of the person who 'greeted' us, a smile and good morning would have been nice. Not one word was uttered to us in our exchange. Our car was looked after and ready when we arrived home which is obviously the important bit

Great experience left our car here no issues. A prompt shuttle service takes you straight to the airport doors. Likewise upon return you give the guys a call and they will send a shuttle to pick you and over passengers up to take back.

TIP: remember where you parked your car and take a photo. When we came back we had to help two elderly ladies find their car which luckily was parked on the same row as us.
