Easy access to the car park and efficient shuttle service to the terminal. Comfortable mini bus.
One driver did not offer to help load luggage into the bus but the other one did .

Great airport, efficient. Not too big of an airport but a great alternative to big names such as Gatwick. Constantly expanding to new destinations and new airlines coming such as Jet2, as well as the current roster selection of easyJet, Ryanair, Wizzair and a variety of others.

"Opaque extra costs for larger car"

Unfortunately I would give 0 stars if I could. I have sent a number of emails asking to be shown exactly on your website and T&Cs where the extra payment info is for a larger car (7 seater, not a van). We were essentially held to ransom and had to cough up an £30 on the morning we arrived otherwise we would not have been able to park. The extra cost meant it would have been cheaper to park short stay at the airport. I subsequently read other reviews saying similar things...some only had been charged £10? All seems random and nothing in the T&Cs with a tariff to say what cars are charged and by how much. I have no replies to my emails when I have requested this information. I'd used you before no probs but I will never use you or recommend you again.

Easy to find amd very quick drop off. Short walk to the airport. I had an issue with my flight home so arrived the next morning, I was able to phone amd was reassured my car would be fine, I just had to pay £20 extra..which seemed reasonable. Despite calling as soon as I reached the baggage area, I still had a bit of a wait..not too long, maybe 15/ 20 mins..
