Parking was really close to the airport- very quick to transfer and staff really helpful upon arrival.
Collection from the airport was really smooth as well.
Only criticism was signage, we missed the entrance initially as couldn’t see the sign one way but following a turnaround we could see signage.

Only issue was no clear sign to the car park. Postcode took me to the other car park.

"Charged excessive amendment fee"

Having used this car park multiple times before I was upset that as a regular customer on arrival we were charged a £20 fee for arriving earlier than we had booked. Our airline changed our flight time three times, so even the day before we weren't confident that it wouldn't change again so couldn't contact the car park in advance. The difference in price if we had originally booked the times we used wouldn't have been anywhere near £20.
Making me doubt using them in future.
