This process was so simple and for someone dealing with mental issues at the time of getting it done it was like a breath of fresh air. The therapist are very calming and supportive. I will continue using them for all my renewals. The entire process from start to finish took about 5 mins and I was in contact with someone from the company immediately and therapist called back within a short period of time and I had my letter same day.
