My entire experience with Official pets was wonderful from start to finish. Leon was fantastic and super kind, and he went above and beyond to make sure that my apartment complex accepted both of my pets as emotional support animals. He was also very responsive through text whenever I had questions about the process. With so many scam ESA sites out there, I'm so grateful I was able to find Official Pets. I was really nervous about my building not accepting both of my pets as ESAs, but Leon was so reassuring and helpful. If you need an ESA letter, this is the company to go through!
