"Fake tracking"
I ordered Guitar from Bajaao after reading some positive reviews, and return policy, which sounded promising.
And their site says, product ships within 24 hours.
After 24 hours, I receive a mail from Bajaao saying the product is shipped via Bluedart and a tracking number was provided.
I checked in bluedart site, and the the tracking number doesn't exist.
I checked after 48 hours, and bluedart still says it invalid.
No further communication from Bajaao.
I tried reaching on their toll free number, I get automated voice, and I get no where.
I regret placing an order with Bajaao instead of other trusted Online Providers.
It is starting to get frustrating without knowing any status, after spending such a huge sum of money.
I will never place an order again or recommend to my friend if I do not get any status in next 24 hours which is the maximum I choose to wait.
Providing a fake tracking number which doesn't get updated in the logistic site for 24 hours is not a normal sign.
Please tell customers if it is going to take time to ship and we will be happy to wait.

"Very bad customer service"
Mainly 3 issues I have faced.
1. These guys are unreachable via their contact number 1-800-200-6930. All I get is, "all the executives are busy".
2. I ordered Shure PG 42 USB microphone to Hyderabad. It took 11 days to arrive at my address. Till then, I was trying to contact them but facing issue #1.
3. The packing is solid but I have tons of proofs that they have shipped a used product or at least opened one. I see scratches on the cover, case and mic itself !! There was no seal which can confirm my parcel unopened. I doubt if they have shipped me a returned product of someone.

"Great avenue for Musical instruments online"
Today i received my Guitar! :)
This is my first purchase from bajaao.com and m really happy and satisfied that i chose Bajaao for shopping my first Guitar. Initially i was skeptical about buying online a product such as guitar, delicate and big in size. when i received my package it was so well packed that it really tool me some time to get hands on F310. Packing so well done there is no chance for your product getting damaged during transit, full marks to Bajaao on this. And yes, delivery to your doorstep is free for any product you buy from them.
the package also contained unexpected surprise. a guitar bag from Bajaao and guitar strap which was of course free of cost. :) and made my day!
As for their customer service, they had been attentive and responded each time i called them regarding the packaging, delivery etc.
also for the pricing, it was lowest i could find on any website.
I am surprised to see such a low rating for Bajaao.com for the genuine product and services that they provide. Based on my experience i will highly recommend this website to anyone looking to purchase MI online.

"Good experience from Bajao!"
I purchased a Guitar on Bajaao, after my payment was completed the PayU interface directed me to an empty webpage. Payment was done but order not confirmed. So I immediately sent an email to bajaao helpdesk, they replied within an hour and confirmed by order. Because of this, I started browsing through Bajaao reviews and I was totally freaked out reading consumers problem in delivery, fraud and scam.
But for my order, Bajaao had estimated 12-15 working days but they delivered in 5 working days. Packing was great, everything in great order. I am a fully satisfied Bajaao costumer. People don't usually go to review sites and post good reviews, so anyone trying to read the reviews will see only bad reviews. I had a great experience with Bajaao, I am sure others will have the same too!! :D

"Fake Stuff"
I ordered D'addario EZ910 Guitar Strings
It took about 6 days for the strings to reach me.
Image displayed on website was not the same as shipped product. I dint have to tear the seal to open the pack as the glue appeard to be holding it too loose and came out easy.
Built quality appeared to be decent.
After changing the strings, my guitar is producing too mellow sound as if its even lower than nylon strings
and also its producing weird contenious noise from the A5 and E6 strings when plugged in to an amp; unless the volume is kept too low.
Either its a fake set of strings or i have been sent a defected one. I have put Chinese made Alice 206 medium lite now and its working fine.
I did not raise a refund, as the price was not worth the tension. However, this experience may render me skeptical in terms of Bajao.com.
Hope that the prospect buyers find my review helpful.

I ordered a Zildjian drum stick wax from Bajaao (even though the product was under 1000 bucks), anyhow it took more than three weeks to reach its destination and that too was old and rusty one. What useless company, fraud and a cheat...

"Scamming Cheats!"
On the 10/10/14, I bought a pair of studio monitors from bajaao.com which claims to be the oldest functioning e-commerce company in India.
Their product showcase and prices were on par with or slightly lesser than Snapdeal, Amazon.in, et al. At first the website gives off a slightly phishy vibe, but after looking at their product list, page rank and testimonials (which probably are fake), I decided to buy a set of JBLs. The website states free returns within 14 days, where they take care of return shipping charges for the same.
After reading these, I felt a somewhat assured about the safety and I went ahead and made the payment via my card and almost instantly I received a call by their support centre from the number 1-800-200-6930 and a executive asked me when I would be doing the payment which was already done. After what he called as “System Delay”, the conversation was over. Knowing that they accept returns, I went with JBLs monitors and would return them if they didn’t go well with my studio acoustics / ears for another brand which I was also interested in.
Two days after the speakers were delivered, I decided to return them and order the KRKs, this is where the whole thing goes downhill.
Upon calling the toll free number, an automated female voice asks me if I’m an existing customer, then I punch in for assistance with buying products. I am put on hold and a voice tells me that all the customer representatives were busy and I would get a call back within 24 hours.
I wait for a day and I do not get a call back, I call the next day multiple times just to get the same answering machine giving me a fake assurance every time. I send them an email from the online contact form, to which I get a email receipt confirmation and a reply confirmation within 24 hours from their end. 4 days and counting, I still haven’t received an email nor a call back from their end.
I actually raised my issue on their post comment section, which is visible to everyone, the comment on this post was deleted, somehow they kept my screenshot of their website when it was down. I urge you all to tread carefully when on this website, I received the monitors I ordered. This time it was no post sales support, the next time they would simply take the money and run.
Consumercomplaint.in also has numerous bad experiences with this company, such as this and here.
This is by far the worst online experience I have ever faced in my life. I’ve fallen prey to India’s oldest running fraudulent e-commerce company and I want to raise awareness so that others don’t get ripped off their money, like I was. I guess India just has to wait for a better Pro Audio Technology and Music Instrument e-store.

"won't order again!"
I ordered a guitar pedal, they say it takes 12-15 days and on the 12th day, i mailed them that i didn't even receive the shipment confirmation mail. They wrote politically correct answers but the service is still poor, i haven't received the product yet but i'll review them again when it comes.

"The worst service I ever seen"
HI, I bought a guitar tuner and I received it within a week. But they had removed the battery from that. I can't imagine that these people can do like this. Moreover their RMA link is also not working. I'm not going to place any order in the future.

I ordered soundproof equipment from bajaao.com n the service has been unacceptable! it's been a month and I have not received my order yet. Not only do they give you false information regarding the status of your order but also give random tracking id to cover up their delay!!! this kinda behaviour is totally unacceptable for a multi crore company! you have got to be sincere atleast if not punctual!!! i do not recommend any one to buy their products... u will only experience a month long headache!!!
