"Items never in stock. Delayed/No Delivery. Money is safe"
Website is trustworthy coz it’s a known brand. But they take ages to deliver your product and most of the times they might not even deliver and return the money.
Read my experience:
• I placed an order for a soundcard on 11th August 2020. (Order No - 268482)
Its was an EMI order (you know musicians are mostly broke :/)
• Next day, I get an email that my order is scheduled to ship from our warehouse on 24 Aug 2020.
• After a week, I get a call from Shrikant from Bajaao informing me that the product is not in stock but they are expecting to be back in stock after a month. I said I’m ready to wait.
• Got a call on 5th September from Shrikant, that the product might take another whole month to be in stock. I asked him to cancel my order.
• Got an email on 5th September that my order is cancelled.
• Got charged for my 2nd EMI instalment on 15th September.
• 16th September, I get an automated email that the same product is back in stock.
• I call Bajaao and told Shrikant to re-order the item. since the product is back in stock and as Bajaao has not initiated a payment return.
• 16th September, Got an email about a fresh order number with the same item. (Order No - 278688)
• 17th September, email on my order that it's scheduled to ship from Bajaoo warehouse on 29 Sep 2020
• 17th September in the evening, I get a call from Shrikant from Bajaao, that the product is not in stock.
So I cancelled the order and the money came back to my credit card in 5 days.
But now I have to wait for my bank to process the refund and cancel out the 2xEMI I already paid.
So much hassle just coz Bajaao scammed me like this. Such a waste of time.
Now I have realized how Bajaao works like a “Dalla”
Once they receive the money from their customer, they place an order from the international vendors.
They once/if they receive the product they will check it in Bajaao warehouse and then dispatch it to the final customer.
I work in an e-commerce for the last 7 years and I always thought e-commerce is about stocking inventory and not playing a game of dalla (middle-men) as Bajoo does. Such a shame.

I ordered a digital piano from them. It was to be delivered by FedEx. I tried reaching out to FedEx but it wasn't possible all of the no. provided wasn't working. So i was a Little concerned and called bajaao. First they made me wait for half and hour. Then when i was connected to a rep he was rude and wasn't ready to solve my problem,he was just repeating things. And the tone was like he's doing me a favour. And he said they are better than amazon which was funny. He said they have better delivery network than amazon.

I bought a harmonia from bajaao.com and got defective piece and then i have decided i will reurn the product as it is defective. but they dont have any reurn option on the portal if you want to do return you have to fill a seperate form with product detail img etc(pathetic process) i have done this step as well but after that its been a month i diidnt get any reply from them.
dont buy any instrument from them they are fraud

"Tried to order twice from bajaao"
Tried to order twice from bajaao, and they have apparently disappointed me both the times. The first time, the product was in stock, still I got an email notification after a week saying they have canceled my order. The second time, they showed the date of dispatch would be one and a half months later, although in the email that they sent me stated it would be after two weeks. Even their refund process is way too late, you get a refund after at least 20 business days, which won't be the case for every customer.

It's been a month i ordered an instrument and they didn't deliver it, they postponed delivery date 4 times and the customer service illiterates ' can't call them executives ' are so arrogant and rude when i asked them about the issue they said either wait or cancel don't waste our time. Those guys took my money and never delivered and saying amount reversal will take 2 months approx. BIG FRAUDS

It's been a month since I ordered my Audio interface worth 24k and the product hasn't even left Maharashtra .I tried emailing them but they ignored. I'm worried I won't ever get my item.

"Missing Accessories which were advertised"
Placed order for a guitar along with accessories via. Order # 261881. Guitar was delivered but with missing accessories... Tried to connect with help desk team via email, their web page & call center but in vain. I was assured a call back multiple times but they do not stick to their commitments. I spent several minutes every day trying to explain the issue to different team members.

"I ordered a very expensive guitar…"
I ordered a very expensive guitar Alveraz LJ2.
However when i opened the guitar i have found some cosmetic defects.
Considering that i have purchased a very premium guitar Alveraz LJ2 i did not expect these kind of cosmetic defects.
There is a lump of glue which is sticking out. It should have been smoothened out so when you play it should not be felt on the fingers.
The sides of the fret board look very dirty as if proper quality control during the cleaning has not been done.
I also shared the video and pictures of the guitar with Bajaoo after about a week.
This shady company completely denied the replacement saying that their policy for defective products is only 2 days.
So, I request you not to buy from this shady company Bajaoo.com

So, i order a blackstar mini amp and they delayed it thrice which means i waited more than a month plus i ordered a fender guitar cable after 3 days i order fender guitar cable. it's been a month and i haven't got my fender guitar cable nor it dispatched yet. they ignoring my emails now. what's the point in opening a business? if you can't even manage it properly explain degenerate retailers
