"Bajaao in 2018 ! My experience"
I was interested in buying a nylon electric guitar in medium price range.
On Bajaao i got three options with similar specs 1) Cort Sunset nylon 2) ESP Nylon String
3) Harley Benton Custom Line Nashville Nylon .
On 25th December got a great deal for the third one, hence instantly booked it online.
It clearly mentioned that guitar dispatches in 16 business days.
Hence started tracking my order as soon 12th Business day ended and Bajaao people were kind enough to inform me about my order , of course you have to chase up with them and not vice a versa , as same for all e-commerce companies .
Since i was only 500 kms away from Mumbai , i decided to head up towards Bajaao's Andheri office & the manager was kind enough to give a short tour of the office and various sections right from QA , Packaging , Cust Support and Software Development team.
I received my guitar at my door step on the 14th business day ( Under promise , Over deliver example set by these people) . Guitar was in perfect shape , perfect gloss and action, packaging was tight with enough fillers ,used two boxes keeping in mind guitar coming straight from Europe and further till customer,
Plugged it into Roland cube and sounded as expected ! Beautiful !! Nylon Electric !! :) .
Cant wait to use in on stage now.

Looks like they only have guitar images. I ordered guitars twice and after the payment I get to hear that the instrument cannot be sent. Sad :(

They are only good in making their webpage filled with guitar images. But the reality is half of their stock is empty or most guitars are out of their reach. I have been checking their website for more than a year now. Guess what they are only good at selling cheap beginners Ibanez guitar bwahhh! Schecter and PRS types are way out of their leagues. They claim to sell signature Keith Merrow guitar as well, posted on their website. I wonder that will never get inside the stock or they probably don't even know who that person is(Google it)! You think every gddam Indians who choose to play guitar begins with Ibanez or something? Goodlord make your service better coz there are people with a fuking different taste in instrument, understand instruments far better than I odn't know how many of you guys actually do, and needs more!!!!!!!

This is the worst ecommerce website ever. Product delivery date is revealed but never reaches on time and sometimes the date moves on and on with no shipment information. Bajaao uses one of the most extreme bull**** delivery service in India i.e. FedEx .....it never delivers nything or on tym and customer service z extreme poor. Even if you try to call on domestic enquiry number provided on FedEx website the number responds nothing and not even virtual assistant voice is heard. I as engineer, musician and audio enigneer suggest everyone not to purchase anything from this website bloody shitheads. And guys u can very well guess bajaao website review jst search it on google... :)

....so i placed my order and on 22nd oct 2016.after 5 days no details of dispatch and tracking.so i called them and they said they're looking into it.after 3 more days which is 8th day of my order they say my product will be shipped on 7th nov.i am like "what the f***"!!..i mean what's taking so long to dispatch it?,delivery is different thing but what about shipping the product.these guys take 16 days to ship an item after confirming.well that kept me wondering if the shipping took so long then what 'bout the delivery??i think it might take another 15 days which altogether is a month.being an impatient guy i cancelled it,ordered the same item from snapdeal on october 31st morning and they gave me tracking and shipping details the next day.i received my product yesterday on 7th nov in perfect condition i,e also in cash on delivery.Bajaoo.com?,i wouldn't recommend it unless you are a patient guy.

i ordered A Vocal guard for sound recording .i ordered my product on call conversation with an agent of bajaao.com. he confirmed my booking and sent me payment link on my email.(i asked - can i do cash on delivery
his reply - sir we have a offer for Diwali , so if you pay right away you will get 15% cash back .
i agreed on that and same time i asked how much time will it take for this product to deliver- he said maximum 12 days .
now today 7/11/2016
i called them i asked for my product , no information , they called me back as i have requested to call me back with update. so i get to hear you product will be dispatched on 17th :D lol.
now i asked for compensation for delay
they reply sir your product value is very low (5400) :D so we cant compensate . so now the situation is - i paid , i wont get compensation ,and i will have to wait i dont know may be for years to receive my product . worst service . ps this h as happened 3rd time with me with bajaao :(

"Most hopeless after-sales team ever experienced"
I got good offer in the product. It was actively delivered in a good packing.
However there was a minor issue in the guitar which was delivered - there is a buzzing sound very clearly audible in the 2nd & 3rd frets of 1st, 2nd and 3rd string (and also in some of the frets of 6th string). Hence I thought of replacing the guitar through their 14 days replacement policy. I was aware that they have a policy that if you want a replacement/return, you need to properly pack the guitar and send it back. Hence I stored all their original packing properly. I asked friends as well as searched internet to see if there is a way in which I can solve the buzzing problem myself. However I got advise to get the replacement from everyone. So on the 12th day, I sent them a mail to arrange for the replacement. They were quick enough to arrange for the replacement. I myself did all the packing for the guitar, using the original packing boxes, bubble pack etc. The product was picked up from my home. Then there was absolutely no response from them for more than 1 week. When I checked with them, they say that their team could not find any problem with the guitar, however if I still insist they will charge 15% of the product cost to do the replacement because the packing was not proper. I tried all my best (through emails & phone) to convince them, but all my pleas feel into deaf ears. (I am playing guitar since last 25 years, and they were trying to convince me that there is absolutely no problem with the guitar) Finally I asked them to send my product back as-it-is. So after some 15 days I got back my guitar, as-it-is, with the problem still existing, as-it-was since the beginning.
So my 2 paisa advice to the buyers is that you are likely to get a good deal on the website of Bajaao, however there is absolutely no guarantee that you will get a good product. They have a crap after-sales team which would twist their crap policies, to make sure that you as a customer is left cheated at the end of the day.
PS: One more related issue, I forgot to mention: The day when the product was picked up for replacement, I sent an email to the aftersales team that guitar's case, tremolo and allen key is with me. As I need a replacement, not a refund; hence you may exclude these items in the replacement guitar. The immediate reply to this email of mine from their after sales team was that this is against our policy, you should have shipped the product with all the accessories. Now the replacement depends on our warehouse team. I was surprised to read this email . I replied them that please inform your warehouse team, I am sure they will be able to take care, as this is replacement, not refund. To this they kept on informing their standard copy-paste response about their crap policy of deducting 15% product cost. So all-in-all one of the MOSTEST CRAPIEST after sales team I have ever encountered.
SO MY ADVISE ONCE AGAIN IS: If music is really your passion, DO NOT BUY FROM BAJAAO.

"Very fraud n unfriendly customer support"
Never buy from bajao. I had horrible experience. Products are substandard and take much longer time to deliver. Even if products are not delivered for months, they don't take cancellation request. They have logistics tie up with first Flight which is another bad courier service. Once sold, it's very difficult to return the product, as customer care don't help at all. Very bad experience. This site should be banned.
