Order and delivery of air handler portion was excellent, however the fact that I needed to replace this due to a coil leak on a unit less than two years old leaves a bad taste. No warranty because I’m not I licensed contractor. I am a very knowledgeable guy with master certifications in automobiles and a good working knowledge on HVAC.

we bought a Senville Leto Mini Split 24000 BTU system January 2023 for an out building and it has been running great until last week we had a power surge that resulted in a PC-1 error code (under or over voltage at the condenser) after recycling the power and verifying with an electrician that the poser to the unit was correct I called Tech Support. They told me that it was a Outdoor Control Board gave me the information to send to them for a replacement board. I sent off the information and with in 30 minutes I got notification that my replacement board was shipped. All I can say is WOW....what service. I'll be installing the part as soon as it gets here and go from there. This review is about the excellent Tech Support and the service that they provided.

Do not buy these systems absolute garbage System never worked from day one had replacement sent and same problems hvac technicians don't want to work on the systems due to being junk
