Thank you for sending the new outdoor unit I understand there is a process involved and you had to try troubleshooting... however we are in the process of selling this home. We are closing on April 1st. It's only a few days away and the buyers are anxious because they're moving in on the first and they don't have heat or air conditioning in three of the rooms here it is Wednesday March 26th and we still don't have the new outdoor unit. I really hope we get it by Friday so we can get it done over the weekend before they move in. We are really cutting a close and I do not like to cut it so close. That being said I appreciate sending the new unit I know that is against your policy although we have bought numerous mini split systems from you in the past years. We will continue doing so thank you for your time. On another matter I still have yet to be able to set any of the units to auto fan shut off 4 minutes off 1 minute on. Some help in this matter will be appreciated so I can pass it along to the homeowners of our homes. Thank you again
