I want to update my original review that was sent in January 2025. After a conversation with customer service I was credited the shipping charges. I want to also say that I had another issue That was related to the evaporator problem. I sent a message to customer service and with in a few days new condenser was on its way.
We installed the new condenser and the system started and is running great.
I want to give a huge shout out to the staff for the support and overall service that was provided to me.

Took over 2 weeks to get any response on a warranty item. Plus, the wrong head was sent back to replace the original. Emailed back about this issue with no response to this day.

We experienced some difficulty with installing our unit from Senville, but Sam and his team went above and beyond to help us through the process. They assisted us with exemplary customer service, sometimes even outside of their regular business hours due our particular circumstances. We purchased the three head unit and it works perfectly. The system is high quality build. FedEx was used for shipping which do a great job handling freight like this. I wish I had known about these systems sooner. The high seer numbers these realize and quiet running are awesome.

While my HVAC guy has not installed it yet. I ordered my 12K 220 V unit directly from Senville. A week later I just happened to notice Amazon had it on sale for $50 less. Senville credited me the difference.

Now just need to get it installed.
