"Poor Quality Mini split"

Unfortunately, the unit still not working even I replaced the board as recommended by Senville. Originally I was dealing with code
( E1) senville recommended replacing the outdoor unit board .
It cost about $225 with shipping from Senville And after I receive the board, I find out the representativ I talked Too first time, recommended the wrong board, and never mention that the parts are covered under warranty the second time I called and I was told by a different representative that I have the wrong board and they will send me the new one free of charge and I will have to return the original board and pay another $25 for shipping … Now after installing the Right board I still have no air condition and I’m dealing with 2codes instead of one (E1-P1)
Good customer service. Not so sure about the Quality of the air conditions I purchased 4 mini splits from Senville … so far two units are down, broke on a first summer and the second one broke six month later… we purchased Fujitsu mini split for another property. It’s been four years never give us any problem. I should’ve known better.

"Out of box failure"

Nice clean delivery and install but Out of Box Failure.
spent 2 hours trouble shooting with little help from customer service. found bad connections on mother Board. Blue and Brown wires made bad connections, no 240 volts to the PCB. Senville did not want to compensate me for my time.
