-The bracket kit requires 2 bolts in the hinge to make 90 degrees. Came with 1.
- The washers in the bracket kit are thin and bent upon tightening.
- The Thermostat cable requires an adapter... why not just make the correct connector on the cable?
- The drain is on the top of the air handler using a pump. Why not use gravity and put it on the bottom?
- No adapter supplied to connect the drain line.
- There is no communication wire between the pump and air handler. The remote connects to the air handler, so not sure how that would allow you to set the temp.
- Power cable has the wrong ends
- Very little installation instructions

"Shipping damage, but customer service responded fast."

The first unit arrived damaged from shipping, (Fed Ex) I called the number on the skid, and they got a replacement order going. I was able to get a tracking number a few days after this. The second order arrived fine. I wish the replacement shipment would have updated me as it was moving like the first order did. - I was able to get updates by calling.

I was told the order would be sent out same or next day that I ordered it’s been almost 2 weeks and the part still has yet to ship. I keep calling and getting the same answer. “It will ship out tomorrow “ so far still not shipped. If I could order this part some place else I 1000% would. I will be buying another mini split and will not be buying it here due to the lack of customer service support
