"The internal thermostat still does not…"

The internal thermostat still does not turn off the outside unit. It keeps running.
When I put the remote on follow me the temp is managed but the inside unit runs continuously.
After several discussions with you tech person. I had to pay $150 dollars to have my tech replace the mother board. And it still doesn’t work properly.
I am unable to manage it from my phone because it doesn’t shut off by the internal thermostat as I stated above.
A lot of money to have a system that is not working as advertised.

Senville makes great mini split units. I have 4 in my house and all of them work perfectly. I just upgraded to a bigger one to occupy a larger living room.

Recieved a new upgraded system at agood discount price, as a replacement for a two year old system that was always problematic. We have five Senville mini splits that are all working well now. They have always addressed any problems fairly.
