So far very happy with the performance of the Senville unit. The unit is quiet, and fits closely with the unit that it replaced.

I purchased a Mini split, and after it was installed, the inside part worked but the outside unit did not. It had a code which I gave to the Customer Servers person. He knew the code and explained what would happen next. I never expected to be help in such a pleasant way. I thought for sure I would get the run around but did not. I was so impressed by the service and how professional the young man that helped me was in our conversation. I would and will recommend this to company everyone. Such a wonderful experience.

Purchased unit. The priced dropped by $100 the next day. I asked for the credit and was given the run around. They finally said they would but it was never received. Unit arrived. Packaging was beat up and unit upside down but appeared okay. A day after install the unit required a new board. No problem. Shipped fast and corrected problem. Unit does not control to the proper temperature and Alexa does not always work. I have been ghosted by customer service.
