I returned the jacket to get one size larger -- from M to L. It was totally my fault -- so I will await the delivery of the same in size Large.

I wish there was more paper work involved in the return process. I used to work at a mail facility, and know not everything goes as planned through the mail. A conformation that a return is going to be done, a conformation that the product was received and then sent back would be great. Otherwise the customer is sitting on pins and needles hoping that the return/exchange is being done.
