3 days after i order the swimsuit, i was told it was unavailable. that information should have been available immediately.

Suit delivered on boxed and on hanger without significant waiting time.

I ordered three items.. One was sent. A second one is apparently being sent from the vendor -- but I have heard nothing - no tracking info; nothing. The third item is on back-order. But I was not alerted that it was on back-order when I placed the order (info other web-sites routinely provide). If i had known, I would not have placed the order.
My conclusion: I will not use Metro Swim again.

Metro Swim has great products at great prices, but I had a roughy time placing an order from the website. It would not accept my log in/password, but after an email to the IT gods it finally worked. Fix the website and it's 5 stars from me!!

Unfortunately, the USPS sent my suit from Kearney NJ to Albany, NY for some reason. I thought I would have my suit days ago.

I just received a gift from Metro Swim Shop, and it's great. Before the package arrived, I was sent emails notifying me of the order, the shipment and the delivery details. No hassle.
