I stumbled upon Metro Swim Shop online while searching for a competitive swimsuit (team suit) for my daughter. The team store was out of stock in her size. Low and behold, Metro Swim Shop had it. The ordering process was easy. However, I was unfamiliar with the sizing for the particular suit brand and while the suit arrived quickly, it was too large. So I called the shop in a slight panic. The team member was very understanding and helpful. They sent the correct size suit out that day. I did authorize them to charge my credit card for it as this would speed the process rather than a traditional "exchange". Once they received the first suit back, it was processed as a refund. I got the right size suit and refund very quickly. And that's not even the best part. THEIR PRICES are the lowest I can consistently find on our training suits--mostly Dolfin Uglies. We have been happy customers for 2 years now. :) Thank you, Metro Swim Shop!

Love the great deals and variety but please update quantities when you are low. It is frustrating to order something specifically because the website shows there are 20 or more only to get an email the very next day saying you ran out.

I ordered a suit in a Thursday and it took more than a week for it to come in and when I contacted the HQ they told me the wrong information.

"Offering items online that don't exist"

For a second time Metro has listed a tech suit that when ordered wasn't available. The first time we needed it for an important meet, so was counting on the suit. By the time Metro got back to us saying they didn't have the suit, it was too late to order a new one. It was very disappointing to say the least. Then, giving them another chance, we tried ordering, this time during the slack season so no pressure, but again, without success. They didn't really have the suit that was listed. Please, Metro, try to list only items you have. I like your prices, so am seduced into your site, however, I don't trust what I see online anymore. You've lost a customer.

The lady in the store was extremely nice and helpful. She took her time to look stuff up on the computer that most sales people won't do. Really tried to help me. It was such a pleasant experience.
