"Where are my items?"

I have not yet received my order placed in August. As it stands, I was ripped off the 80.00 I spent on my order.

"unresponsive"

I placed an order over a month ago. Have seen/heard nothing from them since. I have emailed their customer service department twice and received no response either time. Still haven't seen or heard anything about the order i placed.

"Constant Web Errors!"

Prices and selection look good. Site impossible to navigate due to CONSTANT web errors "HTTP: 404". Can't click from one suit color to another without this error. Two days in a row now. Would have already made a purchase if not for these issues. Guess I will go elsewhere.

We purchased an item from Metro Swim Shop's online site. They initially shipped the wrong item, but they sent a return label and promptly mailed the correct item. We love the product and the price.

"Not impressed"

We ordered a swim suit and received a bag in the mail. Called on Saturday but no customer service during weekend, so had to wait till Monday. When I called on Monday, mistake was acknowledged (without apology) and was asked to send back the bag before they can ship the suit, or otherwise I will be charged twice. They send me the postage though, but I was hoping for at least an apology, and maybe even some kind of refund or discount.

I initially only received part of my order and sent an email to inquire. Received the rest of the order within a day. Thanks ! Great price and honest service.

Prices and products offered are good, but service leaves something to be desired. Placed an order on a Monday. I was notified via email a week later that the item was unavailable. I guess the website is not updated often. When I called to find other options for the original order, the employee still couldn't guarantee another product was available until she "got her hands on it". Bottom line, if you want to be sure you get the product you order and receive it in a timely manner use another company.
