"Very pleased"

My daughter is on a swim team and swims 6 days a week for 2 1/2 hours. Her swimsuits take a beating because of the chlorine so I have to purchase 2 to 3 new suits every 8 to 10 weeks. It was costing me a fortune but now thanks to Metro Swim Shop it is doable. They have a great selection and variety of brands at half the price of most stores.

"Still waiting to receive merchandise"

Honestly, I probably won't order from this company again. They took 72 hours to ship out my order, even when I called asking what the delay was. Unfortunately they had the swimsuit my daughter was dying for.

"A little upset"

I placed an order for a Dolfin swim suit that appears on the website to 5+ in stock. I had to call to get the status of the order and was told that the item was on back order until October. A competitor has the same suit for a little more money but I know they have it in stock.

"Order was cancelled after 3 days because merchandise was soldout"

I should not have been allowed to place order if merchandise is unavailable. More reliable website let you know whats in stock before hand.

"Outstanding!"

Great prices and wonderful, wonderful customer service. Had to modify my order after it was put in, and Laura et al. went the extra mile to make sure everything worked out.

"Item not in stock"

Picked an item online paid for it and days later was emailed to say my order was cancelled as the product was out of stock. Why is it even on the website if it's out of stock?

Ordered 3 Speedo men's practice suits, color and pattern not a concern, @$14.85 by email. Filled perfectly and promptly, so that I did not need to use the last one of my previous order with jockey shorts underneath to hide the butt rip.

"I haven't received my order yet."

The company has kept me informed the shipping of the product I purchased but I haven't received it yet so I cannot have an opinion yet.

"Not user-friendly"

Metro Swim has great products and reasonable prices but it is difficult to navigate. I was looking for a swimsuit for a HS team and could not find it. Luckily I called, not easy finding their number either, and spoke to someone who was very helpful and knowledgeable. When I placed the order, I wanted to expedite shipping, but it didn't give me the option to choose, even though they specified different options. I called the representative back and he took care of my order. Swimsuit arrived, it is true to size (follow their chart) and it is good quality. I would recommend this site, just give yourself extra time to navigate and dig through.

"Still waiting for product..."

I would love to share what I like and dislike about the swim suit I purchased a week or so ago but everytime I look on the tracking it says it's still in Santa Clara. Not sure why it's there when I'm up in Seattle and it shipped from NJ.
