At first we were reluctant to purchase an item such as this on the Internet, however, all doubts were quickly forgotten once the the sofa arrived. The order was completed earlier than anticipated so delivered two weeks ahead of schedule and at the exact time we were told to expect it. The sofa was well wrapped and placed in our sunroom by two very polite delivery men and once it was unpacked we could see it was perfect and exactly as shown on the website.
