Sofa delivered on day and time promised. Phoned us 30 minutes before delivery and told us that they were nearby. Immaculate packing which was easily disposed of. Sofa in perfect condition as was another item of furniture delivered at same time. We have purchased a few items from this store and all have been received as above.

Excellent product. I paid £39 extra for a known time slot. The sofa was delivered outside of that time slot. When I complained I was fobbed off by the after sales team and feel I was missold the time slot.

The in store salesman was fine so I was very satisfied with that experience. When the sofa was delivered however, it came in separate parts and I wasn't aware that I had to assemble it myself. To be honest it wasn't too difficult anyway but the biggest issue was when I had to dispose of the huge box it was delivered in myself as the delivery men refused to take it away. I paid over 1k for this so I don't expect to have to do this.
