When browsing in the store, a considerate worker allowed me time and helped when I asked. I browsed many lunch times with a tape measure and was always treated respectfully, sharing jokes and being offered support when needed. I bought my items, was pleased with the advice and service of the friendly staff. The delivery date was set and items arrived after a text message. Great service , the two helpful, pleasant young men, were quick and careful in bringing the furniture into my home. I am very pleased with the service from start to finish of my purchases.

Delivery was limited to thier time besides paying another £40.00 extra to del. they still only made it when it suited them in the pm and not me in the am

"Good quality furniture, quick and easy delivery"

We bought a 3 seater sofa, armchair, footstool and a sideboard. Everything apart from the footstool was delivered within 3 weeks which was excellent. The footstool came a few weeks later as it was out of stock. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the furniture and will definitely come back again.

From a complete idiot in the showroom who was going to send the furniture to the wrong address to the furniture arriving damage then to a very rude after sales team, I could not be more disappointed. No after sales care has been offered. The advert on TV is a joke. Do not buy from these people.
